We're a local print shop, not a data company. We collect the minimum we need to build your store, print your order, and get it to you — and that's it. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email, team or school, optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message.
- Orders (when team stores launch): your name, contact details, items and sizes, and delivery preference. Payments are handled by our payment processor — card numbers never touch our systems.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — page views and load times, in aggregate. It doesn't use tracking cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device, and doesn't follow you across the web. The only cookies or stored values we set ourselves are the essential ones that make the site work, like remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice or what's in your cart.
We don't run ads, we don't use ad trackers, and we don't sell or share your information for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the shop run: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email service (for sending quote replies and order confirmations), and our payment processor. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Your team's organizer sees the roster of orders for their store so they can hand out the right gear.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as long as we're talking with you about the job. Order records are kept as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Kids
Team stores sell gear for kids, but they're built for parents and organizers to use. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices and contact
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend them to everyone. Call (916) 413-7269 or use the quote form — Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
